Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from RJ-Agency. If you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • In the original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items once the seal has been broken, where applicable by law.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at orthopedixgroup@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back using a tracked service. We recommend keeping proof of postage.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error, in which case we cover the cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email orthopedixgroup@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within 14 business days of approval, first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us at orthopedixgroup@gmail.com.

Statutory Rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (14-day right of withdrawal) and Canadian consumer protection legislation.
