Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Canada (standard): 5-10 business days.
- Canada (express, where available): 2-4 business days.
- European Union (standard): 4-8 business days.
- United Kingdom: 5-9 business days.
- United States: 6-12 business days.
- Other international destinations: 7-21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Any applicable promotions or free-shipping thresholds will be reflected automatically.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active in the carrier's system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with your neighbours and local carrier first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at orthopedixgroup@gmail.com and we will assist in opening a claim with the carrier.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email orthopedixgroup@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact orthopedixgroup@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
